Michele Baggio

Associate Professor

I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics at the University of Maryland and worked as Post Doc at ETH Zurich. My primary field of research is environmental and resource economics, and my secondary fields are health economics. As an applied microeconomist, I strive to answer relevant policy questions spanning a variety of topics and techniques. My long-term goal is to create innovative research that will help understanding the connections between public policy and environmental quality in order to promote public health and the sustainable use of the environment and its natural resources.
