Ola is a MRes/PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at the LSE. She holds an MSc in Economics from the LSE and a BS in Economics and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to the MRes/PhD program, she spent 4 years working in economic policy and strategy consulting in the Middle East. Her research interests lie at the intersection of labor, development, and education economics. Increasingly, she has also become interested in artificial intelligence and its implications on inequality and redistributive economics. She is currently a research assistant at the Centre for Economic Performance.
