My name is Ameh David Enemune, a Nigerian citizen from Kogi State. I'm a trained M&E and project management Specialist and works with Kogi Agricultural Development Projects as Asst Director in the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Department.

My academic qualifications include B.Agriculture (Agricultural Economics & Extension), Master of Science in Project Management and currently a PhD Student in Agricultural Economics Departments of the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State. I currently research on Economic Efficiency of Rain
-fed and Dry Season Rice Production under the Anchor Borrowers Programme in Kogi State, Nigeria.

The main objective of the study is to determine the technical as well as allocative efficiencies of the rice farmers under the programme and how these efficiencies affect the profitability of rice production under the programme. I have carried out a hand full of studies under different development projects particularly in the field of agriculture and had also carried out mid -term and endline evaluation of agricultural projects along with other researchers.
