Raisa Gomez-Lowe

Raisa Gomez-Lowe is a PhD candidate in economics at Clark University. She specializes in applied econometrics and development economics. Her research interests are focused on evaluating the impact of public policy on the wellbeing and educational outcomes of individuals in developing countries. In Raisa’s dissertation she studies the impact of universal secondary education on educational outcomes and the effects of unconditional cash transfers on human capital in developing countries. Raisa earned an MA in economics from Clark University and an MS in economics and a BS in economics & management studies from The University of the West Indies
