Fatima Najeeb is a Ph.D. student in the department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her research interests are at the intersection of development and environmental economics, with a focus on how vulnerable households cope with environmental shocks, how these upheavals affect their well-being, and what makes them more resilient to these effects. Fatima holds an M.A. in International and Development Economics from Yale University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences
