I am a PhD candidate in Economics & Public Policy at Tufts University. I focus on gender, economics, & labor, exploring gender disparities in the workforce & aiming to inform gender-conscious policies.

Rosalyne Naa Norkor Baddoo is a passionate & highly accomplished researcher, facilitator & competency-based trainer. She has diverse & multidisciplinary interest in innovations for sustainable agriculture & natural resources management. Her research interests include agri-innovation & food systems transformation, food safety, climate change & food security. She holds a BSc. Agriculture, MPhil Crop Science with specialization in Postharvest Technology, MSc. in Natural Resources Assessment & Management & is currently pursuing a PhD in Agribusiness. Rosalyne is a fellow of AfricaLIcs VFP (2023) & African Climate Change Fellowship Program (ACCFP Cohort III). She is also a member of Ghana Association of Agricultural Economists, NigeriaLics & AfricaLics. Rosalyne has presented her research at international events such as COP 22 in Marrakesh, Morocco & the Korean Agricultural Economists Association 2023 Conference in South Korea. She is currently the Project Manager for Eco-Inveg, a Feed the Future Horticultural Innovation Lab Project, within University of Ghana; where she coordinates research projects & implements knowledge & learning management activities for enhancing the production & consumption of indigenous vegetables in Ghana & Mali. Rosalyne is committed to engaging policy makers & stakeholders on strategies for food safety, postharvest management, agri-innovations, climate change adaptation & food security. She always endeavors to leave a positive impact for posterity.

Kaushambi Bagchi is a final year PhD Candidate in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. Her research focuses on sexual & reproductive health & rights & understanding the explanatory role of intrahousehold bargaining power & socio-cultural norms. Kaushambi's doctoral thesis studies these aspects with a geographical focus on South Asia. Her research utilizes both quantitative & qualitative methods. She has previously worked as a Consultant in ICRIER, an economic policy think-tank based in New Delhi, India. Her research there included topics in regulatory policy & political economy, with a sectoral focus on telecommunications & the digital economy. Kaushambi holds a B.A (Honors) in Economics from the University of Delhi (India) & an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics (India).

Camila Gomes is a PhD candidate in Economics at Georgetown University, specializing in applied microeconomics with a focus on gender & discrimination. Her research examines judicial gender bias & its impacts, motivated by broader interests in law, economics, & labor. Originally from Brazil, Camila has extensive experience in data analysis & management in Latin America & the Caribbean. She has led data-driven projects at Free Our Vote & consulted for the IDB on gender diversity & inclusion. She holds a Master of International Affairs from UCSD & an MA in Economics from Georgetown. Fluent in English, Spanish, & Portuguese, Camila is dedicated to using data science to inform inclusive economic policies.

Barbara (Barb) Lundebjerg is going into her 4th year in her PhD program at Tulane University. Specifically interested in juvenile crime & misbehavior, Barb's research interests lie at the intersection of Crime, Education, & Discrimination.

Zili Yang is a rising fifth-year PhD student in the department of economics at the University of Southern California. His research interests include Economic Growth, Innovation, & Entrepreneurship. His study often starts with some empirical work, combining patent & other micro datasets to describe some stylized facts & establish potential causal relations between innovation, entrepreneurship, & potential factors. He also combines the empirical results with growth models to study their impacts on economic growth. Zili holds a Master of Science in quantitative Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jessica Montgomery is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Virginia. Her research focuses on the importance of institutions for economic development & understanding barriers to financial inclusion for vulnerable populations.

I am a doctoral candidate at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. I am visiting Yale University as a International Fox Fellow in the academic year 2024-25. My research focuses on the intersections of education policy & social inequality in the context of developing countries. I study various aspects of this intersection-how education policies could unintentionally reinforce social inequalities as well as its potential in alleviating the same. The latter includes the role of education in redistributing opportunities as well as shaping social ideologies. My broader research agenda is to enhance policy-makers’ understanding of the need to design education policies with an intention to foster greater social equity. I hold a BA (Hons) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, India & a Masters in Economics & Public Policy from SciencesPo, Paris. I have also worked at the International Institute for Education Planning (IIEP)-UNESCO, Paris where I conducted impact evaluations of education programmes implemented by IIEP in Western Africa. Prior to joining the PhD program, I was enrolled in a pre-doctoral research fellowship at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Economics at the University of Memphis, specializing in applied microeconomics. My research areas are economics of crime, labor economics, & public policy. My current work centers on the impact of gun policies & welfare programs on youth/teenage crime. I hold an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University & a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Memphis.

I am Emine, a Ph.D. candidate at Boston College, specializing in behavioral market design, gender economics, & matching theory. I hold a double major in Mathematics & Economics from my undergraduate studies & a Master's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University in Turkey.
