Kerry-Ann Purcell is a third year Economics PhD candidate at the University of Arkansas. Her research is focused on the field of Development Economics. In particular, she is most interested in issues related to poverty, inequality and crime. Kerry-Ann has a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Arkansas (2023), and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of the West Indies (2019). She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (2017).
