I am a final year PhD student in finance and risk at the University of Nottingham, UK. I hold a MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Hull and a BA in Mathematics and Political Science from the College of Wooster, Ohio. I have been an active teaching assistant and a visiting lecturer at the Nottingham University Business School, where I taught lectures in applied econometrics and workshops in quantitative methods. I have recently been interested in pluralism, development, and education economics, which have motivated me to explore new paths, and I hope to continue learning more about these topics. Currently, I'm investigating the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies on the financial market. My previous work examined the association between managerial characteristics and information disclosure among US companies.
