Anshika is currently a Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Economics at the Shiv Nadar University.

Her research interest is in developmental economics with a special focus on issues related to health, labor and education. Her work focuses on evaluating the long term impact of cash transfer programs and addressing the targeting issues related to them. Currently she is working on impact evaluation on policies adopted by government in health and education sector. She is also interested in the trends in labor outcomes of women and how they evolve with childcare needs.
