Rosalyne Naa Norkor Baddoo is a passionate & highly accomplished researcher, facilitator & competency-based trainer. She has diverse & multidisciplinary interest in innovations for sustainable agriculture & natural resources management. Her research interests include agri-innovation & food systems transformation, food safety, climate change & food security. She holds a BSc. Agriculture, MPhil Crop Science with specialization in Postharvest Technology, MSc. in Natural Resources Assessment & Management & is currently pursuing a PhD in Agribusiness. Rosalyne is a fellow of AfricaLIcs VFP (2023) & African Climate Change Fellowship Program (ACCFP Cohort III). She is also a member of Ghana Association of Agricultural Economists, NigeriaLics & AfricaLics. Rosalyne has presented her research at international events such as COP 22 in Marrakesh, Morocco & the Korean Agricultural Economists Association 2023 Conference in South Korea. She is currently the Project Manager for Eco-Inveg, a Feed the Future Horticultural Innovation Lab Project, within University of Ghana; where she coordinates research projects & implements knowledge & learning management activities for enhancing the production & consumption of indigenous vegetables in Ghana & Mali. Rosalyne is committed to engaging policy makers & stakeholders on strategies for food safety, postharvest management, agri-innovations, climate change adaptation & food security. She always endeavors to leave a positive impact for posterity.
