Sayan Chakravarty is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Jadavpur University, India. His research focuses on Industrial Organization, with particular interests in competition policy, network industries, technology licensing and digital markets. Using game theoretic models, he studies how firms' strategic interactions and market structures shape economic outcomes and inform policy. Alongside his theoretical research, he is interested in expanding into empirical and experimental approaches. His long-term goal is to build a research program that combines rigorous economic theory with policy-relevant questions while contributing to teaching and academic collaboration.
