Shweta is a PhD candidate in Economics at the Center for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn. Her research examines food consumption patterns and the drivers of diet quality in India through an empirical, microeconomics-based approach. Her broader research interests include sustainability, gender, and inclusion in food systems undergoing urbanisation and structural transformation.
