
I am the Carl M. Stevens Associate Professor Economics at Reed College, a JPAL invited researcher, and a Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) Faculty Affiliate. I research issues at the intersection of international development, health, and gender. Before joining Reed College, I was an Assistant Professor at Colby College from 2017 to 2021. I received my PhD from the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota in 2017. Before starting my PhD, I worked at The International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) in New Delhi, India. I obtained my master's degree in International Economics from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland and my bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
